At Luca Italian Leather, we process orders promptly to ensure timely delivery of our premium leather products. Because our fulfillment process begins soon after an order is placed, cancellation requests must be submitted within a limited timeframe.

This Order Cancellation Policy should be read together with our Shipping Policy, Refund & Return Policy, and Terms of Service.

1. Cancellation Eligibility

You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided your order has not yet entered the processing or shipping stage.

Once an order has begun processing or has been handed over to the shipping carrier, it can no longer be cancelled or modified.

2. How to Request a Cancellation

To request an order cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

Please include:

• Your order number.
• The item(s) you wish to cancel.
• Your reason for cancellation (optional).

A cancellation request is not considered complete until you receive written confirmation from Luca Italian Leather.

Requests received outside our business hours will be reviewed on the next business day. Depending on when your request is received, your order may already have entered processing before we are able to review it.

3. Orders Already Processed or Shipped

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.

If you no longer wish to keep the product after delivery, you may request a return in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy, subject to the following conditions:

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused and returned in their original condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories.
• Approved returns are processed according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Please do not refuse delivery or return products without first contacting our customer support team, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

4. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved before your order has been processed or shipped:

• Your order will be cancelled.
• A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
• Refunds are generally processed within 10 business days after cancellation approval.

Depending on your financial institution, additional processing time may be required before the funds appear in your account.

5. Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

The following orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed:

• Orders that have already entered processing.
• Orders that have already shipped.
• Personalized or customized products.
• Final sale or clearance items where stated.
• Gift cards.

6. Order Cancellation by Luca Italian Leather

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion where permitted by law.

An order may be cancelled for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Product availability issues.
• Pricing or listing errors.
• Payment authorization failure.
• Suspected fraudulent activity.
• Inaccurate customer information.
• Orders that cannot be fulfilled within our shipping area.

If we cancel your order after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

7. Order Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, billing information, or other order details, please contact us within the same 12-hour cancellation window.

While we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request, changes cannot be guaranteed once order processing has begun.

If changes are not possible, you may request a cancellation (if still eligible) and place a new order.

This Order Cancellation Policy forms part of our Terms of Service and shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida and the applicable laws of the United States.
